A B O U T

Fabrício's passion for machinery began at a very young age while working as a farm laborer alongside his father in the countryside of Brazil. During this period, helping his father work the land and caring for cattle, he learned the value of a job well done, the goodness in serving others, and to cultivate loyalty towards those for whom and with whom you work. After graduating high school, he felt a growing responsibility to help his family through difficult times and decided to move to the United States. His goal was clear: work hard to support his family back home and build a better future for himself here.

Starting this new chapter of his life in the U.S. proved to be a challenging push into maturity. He worked grueling hours—at a landscaping company during the day and at a pizzeria on most nights—seven days a week. While working toward his goal of helping his family, Fabricio soon realized he was gaining valuable experience in the kinds of work familiar to him since his youth: working the soil and operating the machinery that had first captured his imagination as a boy in the farm fields working with his dad. Fabricio spent nearly 5 years working for the first landscaping company, followed by another 18 years working at a second landscaping company.

In 2022, he decided it was time to challenge himself once again. It was time to take decades of experience and use it as a stepping stone to build his own legacy. His vision was to serve homeowners, contractors, and landscape designers by providing not only the best possible services and expertise but, most importantly, to offer unique dedication, precision, and genuine love for outdoor work. From this vision, Armadillo Hardscape and Excavation was founded. This small business—Fabricio's greatest challenge to date—has persevered and continues to grow strong and steady. Thanks to dear friends, partners, loyal clients, tireless hard work, and an unshaken trust in God's grace, what was once a dream is now a reality and a legacy under construction.
